Frequently asked questions.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the car to you?
We come to you — just pop your address or postcode in when you book. We cover Bath and anywhere within about 30 minutes' drive — use "Do we cover your area?" at the top of the page to check your postcode.
Do you need access to water and power at my address?
Ideally yes — an outdoor tap and a power socket nearby makes for the best result. If that's not available where you are, let us know in the notes when booking and we'll see what we can arrange.
What if it rains on the day?
Light rain isn't usually a problem, but if the weather's genuinely bad we'll reach out to reschedule — no charge, no hassle.
How long does a detail take?
Our Basic Interior & Exterior Detail typically takes around 1.5–2 hours depending on the size and condition of the car, which is why we book in 2-hour sessions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Just give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and there's no charge. Cancellations with less notice may be asked to cover a small fee, since that slot could have gone to someone else.
Do you offer anything beyond the Basic Detail?
We're keeping things focused while we get going, but more packages and add-ons (ceramic sealant, pet hair removal, and more) are coming soon — get in touch if there's something specific you need.
