No vague "premium detail" waffle — here's the actual process we follow on every car, and precisely what's included in each package, so you know what you're booking before you book it.
How We Work
The same process, every time.
No shortcuts, no skipped steps — this is the order we follow on every single car, whether it's a quick exterior or the full package.
Exterior
- Wheels & tyres first. The dirtiest part of any car, cleaned separately with dedicated wheel cleaner and brushes — so brake dust never gets dragged across your paintwork later.
- Pre-wash & snow foam. We rinse the whole car, then apply snow foam to loosen dirt chemically before anything touches the paint — reduces the risk of fine scratches from the wash itself.
- Hand wash, top to bottom. Clean microfibres, roof and glass first working down to the sills and bumpers last — never the same cloth that touched the wheels.
- Dry, glass & finish. Plush microfibre drying towels, streak-free glass cleaned separately, and a matte tyre dressing to finish — no greasy "wet look" overspray.
Interior
- Full vacuum. Seats, footwells, boot, and the gaps a home hoover always misses.
- Deep clean. Professional-grade interior cleaner on hard surfaces, plus steam cleaning to lift grime and sanitise seams and upholstery without soaking the car.
- The details. Detailing brushes (including narrow ones for vents and tight gaps) get into what a cloth can't reach. Leather is properly cleaned and conditioned, not just wiped.
- Finish. Interior glass cleaned streak-free, trim dressed to a natural (not glossy) finish.

Professional-grade products, not supermarket sprays. We use the same trade-standard chemicals (Koch-Chemie, Meguiar's, and similar) that professional detailers rely on — proper dilution ratios, the right product for each surface, not a single all-purpose spray for everything.
